@GrapheneOS Any plans to implement airdrop or whatever google is calling it on the P10 PXL?
I'm aware based on interaction on discord that it is going to be hard to do..
I just wanted to know if it was possible to implement or if you can't do it at all (Basically can we expect the feature at some point or is it just DOA)
@westfox35 It's likely possible but we haven't looked into it deeply and it's likely largely implemented in Google Play services. It could potentially be supported in a similar way to how we support Android Auto as a sandboxed app with toggles to grant limited special privileges to it. We could also theoretically make our own implementation of either of those but that would be a lot of work. There's a reason it has taken Google so long to ship it. It's certainly possible to do it.
