I'm aware based on interaction on discord that it is going to be hard to do..

I just wanted to know if it was possible to implement or if you can't do it at all (Basically can we expect the feature at some point or is it just DOA)

@sandyarmstrong Linus isn't saying to fork it over the LLMs. He's saying to fork it because he's getting older. That's my interpretation on what's going on.

Yes there are plans in place for when he retires. But maybe he knows something we don't.

I very much doubt he is actually pro LLM. But to be fair, I don't know him and he very well could be.. silent

Actually, just ignore my rambling here. Because I could be way off base.

@sushee @masek I'm not pro-LLM but with current hardware costs if you are going to go for a build that actually makes a ton of sense.

Are you in a rush? Because if not, just wait for the M5 mac studio to release. The Strix has 256GB/s unified memory which will turn into a bottleneck for what you're looking to do.

@limit Yeah, the pixel tablet with grapheneos (or your choice of OS) is pretty solid.

I wouldn't use stock. Stock google stuff on pixel devices has turned into a massive advertisement thing.
